We were recommended to try this place out by a couple people back home in Chicago. we stopped there to see what the hype is all about. First off the SERVICE WAS AMAZING and your two employees wish I asked for their name one being a young girl at the register and other being a young man with blond hair were incredible. The Burger was FIRE!!!! we probably will stop back again before we go back and we are an hr in half away from Golden. that's how great the experience was.

This place is incredible. Came here after skiing and it was the perfect dinner. So juicy and fresh! Their Diet Coke is also delicious

Stopped in here before our coors brewery tour and thank god we did. Tasty smash burger with fresh ingredients. The fries were also really good and cooked to perfection. Would def recommend trying this little burger spot before or after you do the brewery tour!

Not to be dramatic, but this might be the best burger I've ever had. Service was quick and relaxed. We will be back

I've been meaning to try this place for years, so when it was my hamburger obsessed teenagers birthday, I knew we had to finally head here, and I'm so glad we did. We got there around 6:15 on a Friday night, there was a line already and tables were packed, but they are a well oiled machine and between the line, ordering, and waiting for our food, it was only a out 30 mins total. All of the employees seemed relaxed and happy to be there. Always a good sign. Biggest challenge was finding a table. The inside is rather small. Loved the punk rock vibe though. NOFX We ordered a double, a regular cheeseburger with bacon, a fries chicken sandwich, and onion rings. Everything was sooo good. My teen was so impressed and said it was the best burger he's ever had. The chicken sandwich was super juicy, you could squeeze it and see the juice. And the onion rings... perfect light breading and cook. We'll definitely be back.

We were in Golden today. Never eaten here. Hungry. Yelp suggested this place giving it 5 stars. Ok. We pulled in and two customers were just leaving. We asked how the food was? They replied: Amazing!! Good start. You enter the a cute place that smells amazing. 1. Behind you is the menu on a chalk board 2. On the glass counter top are paper & pencil you fill in the type of burger you want 3. Take it to really friendly staff. They ask you if you've been in and if you've forgotten to complete a part of your order they assist you. A single burger was approx $9 + toppings A double burger was $16 + toppings They have fries, onion rings, Nathan hot dogs, etc... You go and fill your desired condiments and sit down. We only had to wait about 10 min for two double burgers, and one lg French fry. The burgers were literally the best burgers both my husband and I have ever had! *Warning: because I was eating the yummy fries, I ate less than 1/4 of my burger. (My kids can't wait to try my leftovers!) And my husband ate about 3/4 of his burger. The burgers were cooked a perfect medium RARE. If you want a well cooked burger, they will happily cook to your specifications I cannot again say how good this place is. Wow!

For those who don't know me, I love a great burger and consider myself a "burger freak" (burger connoisseur is too pompous - especially when you don't care about how fancy a place is). In my quest to find great burgers, two of my top 5 burger places are in Golden, CO. I first tried Bob's Atomic Burgers about five years ago and have been numerous times when visiting my son in Colorado. This place could best be described as a "burger joint'". There's nothing fancy about it. You order at the counter and wait for your food - no delivery to your table. It's a very basic, rustic kind of place. The menu is pretty limited - m this is primarily a burger place. If you love burgers, don't miss Bob's. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Stopped in Golden, CO while doing a bit of a drive with colleagues from Italy. Everyone felt like a burger for lunch so found this spot. It's definitely a local charmer and although it doesn't look much on the outside, it's what's on the inside that counts - and their burgers definitely deliver on taste and size. I think these are the biggest burgers I have ever eaten! And everyone agreed that they were awesome. If you're in Golden, go get one! Fabulous!

Lately, burgers have been my ultimate comfort food, and when a spot like Bob's delivers consistency and quality every time, you know I have to keep spreading the word! what I ordered: Single patty cheeseburger with grilled onions, LTO, small fries, and a Mexican Coke (not pictured). Classic and perfect. BEST BITE: Honestly, no bad bites here! Their beef is always cooked to perfection, seasoned like a pro, and paired with melty cheese and a soft, pillowy bun that holds everything together flawlessly. The crispy fries are just the cherry on top! If you haven't tried them yet--what are you waiting for? GO!

The best burger ever! The line to order was so long on a Sunday afternoon but getting our food didn't take too long. I ordered a hamburger with all the toppings. The jalapeños were actually very spicy. The onion rings were crunchy and didn't fall apart at all and had a great texture inside and out. Would definitely go back!
